& L responsibility for the Brachytherapy Division of Varian Medical
Systems. Responsible for the business from start up through ten million
dollars in annual sales. The division is now profitable, and a leader in
the field. Managed development activities in Palo Alto, California; Crawley,
UK; and
Baden, Switzerland. Manufacturing was done in Crawley, UK.
Manager, Business Development:
Responsible for evaluation and negotiation of potential mergers and
acquisitions. Managed relationship
with major suppliers and distributors including NEC in
Japan,

prior to acquisition, and Fischer Imaging in Denver,
CO.

Managed several new medical products through development and initial
